About Us

At Belton Nazarene Church, we describe ourselves as a brand-new, 95 year old church. Birthed in the throes of revival at the turn of the twentieth century, Belton Nazarene has held up the standard of the Christian faith and holiness to our community. Several years ago, the congregation sold the church where we had worshiped for almost fifty years, and walked by faith through a time of transition. For almost seven years, the congregation moved into one facility or another on Sunday morning, had Sunday school and church, then moved out. God blessed and helped the congregation bring to fruition a new building on the corner of Sparta Road and Loop 121. Our congregation welcomes people with open arms and warm hearts. Our services often echo with the joy of our salvation. Our pastor preaches soundly Biblical sermons. We all have the opportunity to spend time in God's presence.
